It's something loftar set up. I don't know how it works, but everything in the image tag is part of it and if you quote the OP, you can see what is in the image tags for each of the other streamers and figure out what you need to change to make it work for you. I think I altered it correctly for you already, but you should test it by seeing if it turns green in that post when you are streaming Salem, or yellow if you're streaming something that isn't Salem. And if you put it in your signature, it'll work the same way.
