Meh, that was the old Hafen hype thread from May. This is the "Lorbtar killed Haven Thread".

Also i liked old haven much better than the crap they just made and are expecting to get paid monthly -.-

Claeyt wrote:Once again I want to thank MM for buying this, much superior game, and for realizing that they can make much, much more money off it by offering us non-game-breaking stuff like golden armor, hats, capes, pretty clothes and more hats. I will now spend some money on a Salem hat box to celebrate Hafen's demise. You are clearly the superior devs.

Yup, but needs more updates

My favorite part was when they hyped it soooo much and then threw Pay2Play in without ever telling you guys about it. That's the quality game devving right there that I've come to expect from Jorb and Loftar.

I'll pay 5 bucks for a hat or a weapon or some other ***** vanity item every time, but if they all of a sudden demanded that I pay to watch myself chop trees or mine for hours and hours, I doubt I'd stick around for long. (I've probably spent 150 bucks on Salem so far over the years) I'll be buying a hat box from Salem to fill with the tears of Hafen players very soon, just to celebrate this magical day. You can count on it.

We Have More Fun on Salem!

Always, welcome back. We're expecting a new expedition this fall maybe if Popham is won and Providence is, of course, everlasting. Buy a 'Vanity Hat' from the store for $3 every now and then when you can afford it and help the dev's out. It'll have the same amount of slots as in-game craftable hats but you can play as much as you want while you wear it. :D

I don't understand why you made this thread or why it's bad to have a sub on haven.

This is a awesome step for seatribe and shows that they will be dedicated to improving the game. You act as if you haven't spent money on Salem when I know for a fact a majority of us have. Grow up.

Go ahead and have a sub on Haven. I don't care.

If only they would be dedicated. It's already laggy, crashed and who knows if they'll keep up with it. I no longer trust Jorb and Loftar to dev a game I'm willing to spend days playing, much less months or years.

I've spent plenty of money on Salem. I spent $100 to get my first town up fast under sea tribe and I spent maybe $50 bucks since MM took over (I liked the star cape from last winter's sale so I spent over the $40 buck requirement to get it). I know I'll spend more on it as long as they keep updating it. I was going to go for the golden armor (which looks awesome) but decided not to. I'm still hoping I can buy a goat mask, or tons of cool new stuff from the store this Halloween. I'd pay for a flaming/smoking pumpkin mask or maybe a mask with glowing eyes that glow in the darkness. :D
