Having said that I tried the program you have linked but it's duplicating certain maps, I think I may have to delete all my maps and start over. . I dunno
Think you should.
If you have a good start then it works fine.
Just Start with a fixpoint like Providence.
Take this Mapcontainer an put the tiles in the "5" Folder.
Make a own Folder in that you copy the Mapcontainer for merging.
Use then one Mapcontainer that is neighbouring of the already merged tiles.
Try it to merge.
If it works, take the next.
If it don't work look to other Container if there are tiles that already there in your map.
If merge still not work, search a tile that matched an rename it with right coordinates an copy it in the Containaer that is named "5".
If you then have some experience with that tool, you can put more container in the mapsession folder.
I do a backup of all my Container so that i can use the Option "Delete after merge".
Mapcontainer with inhouse or miningtiles just ignore, they are not useful.
