There are always Russians in these games, although more at certain times and places, and certain games. I don't know the exact playerbase figures for here of course, although the Fallout Online games, being mainly eastern european or Russian, have a lot of them.

Russians, you respect Russians in those games.

Can you even legitimately lay blame on any one party for running animals into town? That's like a traditional sport.

It's even easier in Popham these days than it is on Providence because the distance between the square and "Haha, this is Bear and Cougar Country!" is pretty small. Sometimes they even spawn and wander into areas where they are close enough to aggro on people themselves.
