Custom client by Latikai, building on Ender's client

one DAY and destroy stabile client... now i got again sometime when fight BLACK LOADING and can DO 0 ....

I too get black loading screen when fighting animals, the only way I seem to be able to make it load is ctrl and click on minimap,, it only seems a problem on this client.

oh nsuidara, I hate you too, don't worry I'll have to check what is causing the issue.
you can always try and get a log by typing :whyload after it has happened. it 'll appear in the system chat.

edit: i've had it happen myself before, but can't replicate just now.

it happens to me, when the animal I attacking hits me back, if I kill straight off it not an issue, deer easy, but bear usually hit me 2 or 3 times, means I get a few broken legs while I get it to load

Having a problem with both Ender's & Latikai's client.

I reinstalled my OS (had some issues i could not fix otherwise) and reinstalled my GPU drivers & Java. Default client of Salem runs fine (however it only installs about 2mb in the cache file & i need to restore all the textures from a backup.) when i try installing the custom clients i run into the issue that when they try downloading "salem.jar" and "lsalem.jar" it just stops. Left it running for 30 mins and nothing had downloaded.

Before you ask, yes i set both http://donnessime.github.io & http://enderwiggin.github.io to my exception list on Java.
I have also tried running the install with both my firewall & AV turned off, neither helped. Run as admin also makes no difference.

If you have any idea what the issue is, i would greatly appreciate the help.

Edit: Ok, i fixed (somehow) uninstalled Java 1.8, installed 1.7... uninstalled 1.7 reinstalled 1.8... installed all 3 clients on my laptop, transferred them to my desktop via flashdrive, deleted all files, re-downloaded all files... somewhere along those lines i can play again (for now)

That sounds convoluted. If I it happens in the future, you can always manually download the files from https://github.com/EnderWiggin/EnderWiggin.github.io or https://github.com/DonnEssime/DonnEssime.github.io.
That said, i'm not entirely sure what causes it.

Looks more like a sorting bug -> custom client.

Yes, you are right. This should be moved to Artifice and Arcana. I was able to reproduce this bug when items are sorted by name in Latikais, and was unable to reproduce it once client-side sorting was off.
