So i Uploaded an attachment of a screen shot of what happened.

I am in my Hovel, and i just finished building my stove, I load up the bad boy with charcoal from my coal clamp, and I bust out my tinder, and light the damn thing up. Then my action menu goes dark........

I can still use the hot keys, and if i hover over where the buttons should be, i can click on them, but i cant see it......
must be a side effect of the poor man's hovel.

EDIT: I get this only inside my hovel, when im outside and i light a fire, there is no problems.

I think it's this old issue related to the smoke. Can't remember if there's an option in the game to disable the smoke. If not then try searching this forum - this problem hasbeen reported in the past

I used to have this bug too. What helped a bit, though isn't a full solution - is to join a party. In a party with someone the buttons become okay again. However you'll still be gettin this near any fire.

Or use custom client, where there is no such bug.
