We can do prizefighting, and if there is some reliable way to aggro domestic animals, that would also be something to do, set them on each other, or have people fight them. For now Giant Bat shenanigans could be used for amusement, although this would be high level stuff. At the same time, that's fine, I guess?
We might also have contests involving angry turkeys, and or pilgrims. (You can pick em up after all, and set them down, and have them behave like they normally do.)

I refuse to take part in forcing animals to fight each other. That is inhumane and disgusting. You sicken me.
I would still rather be able to do something like dice or cards. Even just adding a random number generator (/roll) would enable the gambling. Possible on client-side maybe?
