I am not just talking bets on which frog is going to cross the finish line tho, I am talking 21! Could play with daisies but tbf it would be way too complicated to organize and the daisies themselves don't consistently hit high enough to emulate a card deck

We can do prizefighting, and if there is some reliable way to aggro domestic animals, that would also be something to do, set them on each other, or have people fight them. For now Giant Bat shenanigans could be used for amusement, although this would be high level stuff. At the same time, that's fine, I guess?

We might also have contests involving angry turkeys, and or pilgrims. (You can pick em up after all, and set them down, and have them behave like they normally do.)

I refuse to take part in forcing animals to fight each other. That is inhumane and disgusting. You sicken me. ¦]

I would still rather be able to do something like dice or cards. Even just adding a random number generator (/roll) would enable the gambling. Possible on client-side maybe?

You could take 2 daisies, put them in a barrel. Have someone else standing there as well. Bet money. Then you both start pulling the petals. Whoever pulls more, wins. If you both pull the same amount of petals, "she loves me" wins.

I'd be up for it if anyone wants to try it.

If you both pull the same amount of petals you will both end on either she loves me or she loves me not.

Alright, so bet again then, until either one pulls more petals and wins the pot.

Such is your right. It is also in character for the time period, which also saw people put animals in barrels and stuff, and entertain themselves by sticking knives and sharp sticks into the barrel/holes in the barrel until it died. Sometimes people bet on how long it would take the animal to die/how many pointy objects it would take. Bear and Bull baiting of course, were also highly popular, as were dog and **** fights. Course, we don't have cockerels yet, just turkeys, and I can't think of a good way to make Turkey fight each other.
