i tried to change Java from 8 to 6. But it didnt help.

That happen after i learn Metallurgy. There no such error if i choose another character.

Likely this is a corrupted download. Clearing the Java cache and downloading again usually clears these up. Do you have the same items on your other character? If not, it's why you're not crashing on it.

That's just completely absurd; there's no way the server would respond with a 403 for that URL. I suspect you're a victim of a transparent proxy or something. What does it look like if you try to visit the URL -- http://game.salemthegame.com/res/paginae/craft/goldenegg.res -- manually in a web browser?
