Mac book, right click problems.

Hi guys,
I have a macbook and I only have a touchpad.
I just downloaded this game, and I go to create a character and the first step is to choose a gender. It has me right clicking on either the male or the woman; however, when I try to right click it doesn't work. I do not believe that it is my overall touch pad as I'm able to left click on the inventory and stuff like that, but when I try to right-clcik it doesn't quite work out.

Any tips/hints??

Are you also able to left-click to walk? If not, you're having this problem.

I am also having this problem is there any way to fix that.
