Seems to me it was a different account after all. Maybe one had capital S and the other didnt?

Yeah.. that should get fixed ASAP.. as a new user if i hadn't found this thread i was about to just say screw it and quit.. have never had a came use case sensitive usernames before..

Good practices in account security dictate that account names and passwords both be case sensitive (as Kandarim points out.) Many will display a name only in lowercase, even though they are case sensitive when you attempt to log in (usually means that magicmanict, MagicManICT, and MaGiCmAnIcT are all the same name for purposes of a unique account name). Sites with poorer security protocols will allow you to type the user name any way you want as it gets read in as all lower or upper case.

Demand better security practices from all your game sites!! (These are some of the most likely to get hacked for password dumps.)
