Thanks, awesome. I wish we can place a trapped container into the trapped container to double strike.
But wait, if i will grab an axe and just destroy the chest?...

I had a lucrative career on UO trapping chests in Destard...lol. ..I can't wait! !

My wife was actually saying last night that we should be able to set traps if there is going to be lock picking.

In light of the new cannibalism mechanic, paired with the new animal husbandry mechanic, will there be anyone starting up a themed town/faction called PETA (Pilgrims Eating Troublesome Animaleaters, as a possible acronym meaning)? It would go well with all the punishment ye olde tribe and other various RP-ers dish out for defiling mother nature's creatures by mistreating them. They could consume only beasts dead by natural causes and their main source of nourishment would be other pilgrims that dare eat the flesh of the Lord's creatures when we have such a bountiful variety of fruits, vegetables and grains to choose from!

Fairly good system, nothing bad in quoting some of it. There are genetic stats that are desirable for some kind of animals but not for others. For example bad legs affect moving speed which is bad for horse but have no influence on pigs, but if pigs are "always hungry" thats problem because they gaining weight slower, etc...

From what I understand it's different in salem. In Wurm those traits are modifiers which either appear or not on an animal. And you delectively breed animals to get many good traits and no bad ones.
Looks like in Salem there will be 6 static characteristics which are always present, and they won't be discrete, but will have their "strength". Probably we will be breeding animals to minimize the bad 3 characteristics and maximize 3 good ones.
