I asked about it awhile ago, if you pick up an uncut gem you'll hear golum sounding voice from lord of the rings get mad at you and then break the gem. JC said it might be something witches would like. If you are a good and righteous pilgrim you may just want to get rid of it however you can.....

I wanna it to be able to wear and slot. But it should increase insanity while wearing it like cthulhu mask does.

Does wearing chtulu mask decrease the amount of insanity removed when studying things?

I believe it only affects insanity gained over time, so doing things that increases or decreases insanity otherwise is unaffected.
