No, and it didn't catch my eye at first either since he said 10%, although it was clarified after...

10% surface area, say you have 100x100 tiles, that is 10000 tiles area. So 10% area is 1000 tiles. Take the square root of 1000 to find the dimensions of this 10% surface area. So = 31.6, or a rough 32% of the original dimensions. At which point a simple "yo dis expedition map is 33% of the Prov" would have done me well. Cater to my American market!

What you have there is a 1% resize.

So to summarize/clarify, this will be a whole new server where everyone makes new chars from scratch, the map is 10% of current server, there are 6 statues(that give benefits when prayed at), if witches pray at each of the 6 statues the server ends(i hope with a bang), there will be live stock, livestock will be transferred to old server once it ends

Is this correct? So its just some sort of huge event thing for fun and to gain new stuff?

It sounds really fun, I'm excited. I hope there is no teleport in this one XD. That way we can send caravans between the 6 main villages and stuff and it will be really fun XD

Also I'd like to join one of the main statue villages, as you can see from my threads that I've never backstabbed anyone
