Tobacco is profitable and hard to grow, require back-breaking works etc.

Since when the cultivation of tobacco is considered to be difficult  ? If you do not know how tobacco is grown in real life do not need to immediately start talking.
And one sheet of tobacco lasts for 3-5 servings. This is for Cuban cigars need several sheets. Realism4lyfe

At the insanity level 1 (or 2 in kandarim's client) is it possible to experience each of the psychotic episodes?

I believe Kandarim starts at "1". Thus at Madness level 1 it should not be possible because the 'starting' or 'base' madness triggers no episodes.

Thats very nice. Now when will mining get some insanity love? I have some gruesome fence building coming up as well...Maybe building things could reduce a small amount of insanity?

Well about insanity... I do believe that players should be able to choose what gives or reduces insanity, because we all love doing different things. For exemple, in my case, hearing the horrible sound of the turkeys when I log in drives me totally nuts, and feeding my turkeys is a nightmare. I don't like fishing at all, it shouldn't reduce my insanity cause it makes me rage a lot. Although I love planting and gathering my fields, and I love digging. So peacefull tasks. I don't care about mining or cooking, so it would probably remain neutral in my case.

If I had to implement that IG I would "simply" mail some kind of a "survey" about what the pilgrim likes and unlikes, for His Majesty's entertainment, that would, as soon as the poll is filled, influence the gain/reduce of insanity a bit. While it's not filled usual tasks remain "neutral" (and His Majesty is not happy about not gathering the poll.)

That would also totally fit the profession system.

Welp maybe that's not such a good idea but that was mine

What about doing hard manual labor underground in the darkness and presence of bats do you think would NOT cause your character to go insane? Perhaps some little torch on a wall you can put down there which slows the rate of insanity buildup? I just don't see any 'soothing' actions taking place in that industry.

I meant level 2 in kandarim's client. The first madness level, as in the level above "no madness".
