I thought / I was just unlucky, but the home of tobacco not as effective as the purchase ... next batch of dry only 2 days. And if it's true it would not make sense to plant tobacco. This is not a panic but wait 7 days and find out that it was better to buy tobacco insulting.
Maybe I was just unlucky

Tonight's mini-update should have changes to the amount of tobacco produced and the effectiveness.

Anyone done enough with cotton since the patch to chime in on it's profits? Number crunching says it's a waste.

And a small idea.
There is a function to break the curse.
Maybe the priest to learn how to forgive sins start falling 1 madness every few days for a nominal fee, provided that the character did not commit the crimes last month.

Huh... then it's not accurate anymore. Easy to get tobacco that doesn't give profit? Hm.

Maybe you need a lot of tobacco T1 and T3, for example a pair of leaflets
then it will make sense to grow good tobacco,

I HOPE he means you get less leafs per harvest, need less leafs to make shread and you reduce MORE madness levels when smoking.

Going down only 1 level PER PUFF from the T3 gold leaf, at lv 8/7/6 madness is ... Madness ?

The problem is that people don't have massive tobacco farms yet. But let's see what changes :)

Tobacco is profitable and hard to grow, require back-breaking works etc.
