got the shop in the town that sells Rattler Serum it is 250 silver. (eat lost of food)

logout and login no think

so I go to logout but hit " switch characters" so I walk a way to stop it
eat food, eat some food the Phlegm is not going up(filling)

I got the silver for Rattler Serum, eat food dues no work, logout tacks 10-20s I think, reload salem 5-30 mints yes.

1) if the "switch characters" bug did not I can eat till I run out of food. so the bug "knocked out"
2) if I get the 300 silver from your store before that bug I wild not be Poisoned.

so I wold like to go back to what I was be for I was Poisoned and pay the 250 silver out the silver I played for

There is no bug. you need to get your money out of the banker in town.

Yes, being poisoned may lock your regen as if you where in combat. I dunno if that is intentional though, or a bug. If intentional it's probably to stop people from going "endlessly" with poison without consequence by constantly consuming food. However, I know that people experience this lock to remain even after having cured themselves of the poison, which certainly must be a bug. It has been around for a while though, so is probably known.

Yes, the lock after consuming the poison cure* is definitely a bug, and I believe is reset if you log out and back in. If I recall right, being under any kind of debuff that drains humors (except normal darkness/light drain) prevents you from regenerating humors from foods.

edit: damn me, I forgot to proofread my post and forgot to say "poison cure."
