Humors not regening after fast traveling

Ate some shrooms on a stick to regen my humors before fast traveling to Providence. While the fast travel animation was going on my humors stopped regaining points. Upon arriving at Providence they still did not regen, and once back at my homestead they were still not regenerating.

logging out and back in fix the issue.
