Not at all, if there is public unrest then the peons simply need to be reminded of their position. Remember we are mearly ants working benith the gaze of our lord.
Truth be told people just need time to see that this new patch really is not as bad as it all seems.

if people incite a uprising you can either supress them with force or try to actively work on a solution.

I just wanted to say that the voice heard is the voice of the few. The many are actually playing and enjoying the game as truth be told this patch didn't change anything except making the game funnier to play (those random psychotic event are hilarious).
