nah they are there but maybe you need to tweak your radar cfg to make them visible around that spam

I'm not sure if it's ever been mentioned, but I have noticed that spiders DO occasionally attack even when unagressed. Wiki says they are passive creatures. If needed, I have video evidence of this occurring at least two times to me (in the Darkness only, so far), but I would have to slog through hours of crap to find it.

It's very rare, and it was possibly a glitch in the AI...not sure, but it happened when I was very close to them last patch.

I've never seen a spider attacking when unagressed , but on the Mini Update #7 of the Patch Note Carver indicated : *There is now a small chance when foraging a cobweb that a spider will jump out and attack you.

So were you foraging cobweb when you 've been attacked ?
