That pic can be faked by editting the name in chat window/ chatting with a fake Lallaith.
Also the plot is cheesy and I doubt people would go that low begging you to talk. ( according to the personality shown on forum, probably a very self-concious person)
Or it could be real. Still no point keeping it for a year.
