It's still a valid question if flora and fauna driven inspi spawns have changed also.

I'm sure forage still works guys. What we should ask if is the devs forgot to fix it so that forage doesn't affect the spammed items anymore. Meaning... the spammed items might now be outcrowding the good stuff when their spawn rates are boosted further. But yes, it definitively doesn't have any noticeable effect on the good stuff anymore.

The foraging skill normalizes your chances to find 'better' things.

I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Can't for the life of me find either huckleberries or morels anymore, but devil's wort is still possible to find in Greenwood areas, they just don't seem to spawn in grassland or badlands areas anymore like they used to.

I'm still finding about the same amount of Huckleberries in Badlands. Devil's Wort is a different matter in my experience, though I have to admit to not having spent most of my time looking in Greenwoods.

I disagree, as forage should effectively lower the saturation of the 'plentiful' items and replace them with the more valuable and rare ones.

john are queen bees a lot less plentiful than drones or do they not spawn on daisys because my turkeys are fed up with eating daisys to get rid off them and my compost worms are going on strike over daisy eating.

Queen bees are indeed more rare than drone bees.

Then again, my issue remains: when out foraging I ignore the spammed rubbish stuff because I'd only be picking them up in order to drop them again 1 second later. Yet on the stuff I do pick up, the chances of spawning a nice extra is drastically lowered because those extras can also be spawned off rubbish. What about rubbish not spawning them in the first place, and keeping the spawn rates of 7-uses and the like off other things as it was? Or do you want us to be picking up everything in sight only to drop it a couple of seconds later?
