Result of the conversation: They told us it was going to take about 48 hours to generate the error reports needed to diagnose the problem. Once again I would appreciate if everyone post when they see it down and what your local time is. I'm hoping that having specific times of when the site is nonresponsive will help them to determine the problem.

See, this is the biggest failure of this community. We had a perfectly fine wiki. But we gave it away for a tribe (now dev) controlled wiki simply beacuse there was someone else updating it. Now we suffer from it.
If the other wiki is dead then it's only because of the lazyness of the community.

from what i understand people did try and update the old wiki... but things kept getting deleted and peoples accounts were deleted so they could no longer update the old wiki.

Only time someone wasn't able to update the wiki was because they were putting retarded tribe **** up there and not actually adding anything to the wiki.
