Yep, it's up. But sometimes wiki becomes unavailable for certain users in different countries. At least, this is true for West/Central Russia, Israel, Ukraine, Belorussia, Estonia, Latvia.
At the same time wiki is always available via TOR browser.

indeed salemwiki.info seems to never be down.

I did suggest in the wiki thread we begin pulling the information from the tribe wiki to salemwiki.info, but they told me that with a proxy I could still access it. While that's true and it worked through a proxy that is:
A.Stupid.
B. Some features don't work.
C. Stupid, it's a community Wiki, I should have to use a proxy to access a video game wiki.

I can copy over/create a few pages a day but without a few other people doing the same it'll be awhile until it's up to par.

To clarify, the "other wiki" is the .info one, which is just a bit out of date, but pretty much always up.

If you really want to do that, you could just ask them to open up the wikia API for crawling. Then again, why would they do so ?
