So, how's cougars? In-between deer and bear in terms of combat difficulty?

Not as strong as a bear or as fast as a march hare, somewhere in between, but their bleed and stun abliltys are nasty. They dont seem to be able to brake bones but they can stun lock you very effectivly and they will distroy you very quickly if you let your reel get too high. HUGE agro range - even through walls. Im hopeing to have a video up in a few days. So far we have found one in the mountins and one in a coniferus forest. 1 slab, not yet counted how much of everything else. Meat is alined to the phlegm humor.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

I would say around 60-70 HP . A "bullrun-type" attack which stun , and some bleeding.
Aggressive (same big range than Bear-Fear I think).
Lives in Lightness area, doesn't seem to permakill.

Probably easy to kill with Cleave and turning around a tree or a stump to avoid the Bullrun . Harder for noobs like me ^^

I think cougars are less difficult than deer. Cause they aggro by themselves.

I know this is a bit of a late response, but it's been a busy weekend, and didn't get time to sit down and read through all this. (Shame on you for doing this on a religious holiday!! :P )

Seems harsh, but quite honestly, seems simpler and not as messy over the current KO/death issue. Instead of death, they get marks on the soul (account) that makes it more and more expensive to prevent death or some such mechanic. First few are really cheap (or even free for new characters/players), later ones get more as it's assumed an account has become developed enough to deal with it. Could be some random sacrifice of goods or something.

Then again, now that i've written this, I think of another game that did something similar, so maybe not as clever an idea. /shrug
