Simon is the paint on the toolbox; makes it look nicer than it actually is and livens it up in general.

Though there are some useless tools Marp. I'd rather use a hydrogen torch than a crowbar to open a lock any day. :p

id love seeing you smacking headcrabs with that hydrogen torch tho ;)

ooooh tool wars!!!
lets see....

KKK are all the little nails and screws in the box
Edd is the Screwdriver
Yasson the Hammer
and Simon hmm... well you all know that little few tools in the toolbox that noone knows what there for, they are completely useless, waste important space... welll yeah kinda like that...

All you've done is admit ignorance of a tool's function. Any engineer would smack you in the mouth for being such a dumb. Please don't disgrace these forums with bad metaphors.

More's the shame that you can think of no circumstances where a crowbar would be preferable over a hydrogen torch.
I have yet to encounter a tool which is useless (on the other hand: there are tools that have become obsolete in certain settings but that still does not make them useless.)

Each and every tool was at one point designed with a purpose in mind. It's not because you don't use them that they are useless. Don't generalize, please.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

i have one at home, more as a curiosity than an actual tool though. Example of obsolete <-> useless.

Darwoth, half these kids wont even know what a hammer is, or lathe, or a saw, or a ruler, or a pencil, or a carrot or a fraction let alone what a score is.
