I estimate we are in the +/- 1 week phase from having something well enough to drop. Depends on how much more trouble the stockpiles give me.

I believe he means that the patch will hit in about a week, +/- a few days

He means 1 week, +/- a bit. I'm typing the majority of the patch notes today, so you won't have long to wait.
