the fail in this Sporran cant be described EVER! i have NEVEr in whole salem see a more useless item seen created (hint: it takes 3 bear claws to make)

You sure it was crafted ?
There is 2 in the shop from the looks of it, and the one you are highlighting does not show a crafters name.
Spawned items maybe ?

It was probably just crafted before some recent changes. They used to take 2 leather and 1 polished button, and had only 2 slots.

Yes, that sporran was made back when they were much cheaper, and copper buttons had different pvp bonuses.
