Because since Adam and Eva people have been wearing cloths for no reason everyday.
Which makes me wonder, why are we arrested for not wearing cloths irl...
Can just make people with no cloths suffer from "cold" for decrease bile or arrest them if they come to town

This would be great. Have town guards that will chase them down and put them in the stocks, or haul them outside of Prov and kick them out.

Why does that line remind me of a certain anime...?! :D

Cloths protect from cold, rain, intense sunlight, an in some cases from injuries through various things.

With the coming penalties for not wearing cloths, it is all the more important to have their weight adjusted to at least more realistic or at least managable levels.

Make some lists of actual clothes from the game and tell us why you think those specific clothes are too heavy or nothing is going to change. Just making blanket statements of 'clothes are too heavy and should be lighter' will get you nothing as we've already told you very plainly that we don't agree with you.

I would really like to make a list with clothing and their weight, as well as artifices and their weight because artifice weight is added 100% to the cloths they are in.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do that at the moment, and I don't have access to all items anyway.

But there is something more obvious and simple here:
As others have suggested already, and me too, clothes that are equipped should weight less.

Devs have ignored these proposals, I wonder why.

It is rather simple, anything resembling clothing is easier to wear than to carry it in your hand.
The game already has this idea implemented in the form of backpacks, as stuff is easier to carry in a backpack than in your hands.
Therefore this part is inconsistent if cloths weight is not effected when worn, but stuff inside the backpack is.
(Actually, the backpack itself should as well weight less when equipped, too.)

Taipion, please, before you insist on a point, make yourself a standing ground. I don't want to see you having that hat. You can't just say that it is common sense and then we have to to that in a game :(
As you can see, it is good to have nice things, but having nice things just because they are easy to do is not really nice. We need you to make a list, so that we can all discuss more, as you can see, not a lot of people agree with you. Now, we do agree about the reducing weight, but, as long as no evidence is presented, that is just a brutum fulmen. There is no way we will accept your proposal with no proof. Don't you get it up until this point?
Even with the list, we still have to talk about it, and come up with a good idea that can suit the game well. I hope you can consider that, as mocking the devs for not doing things is clearly not working.
You thought I quit.

Please consider refining your sentences a bit more, it's partly hard to read.

Also, please read more before you post, as I said there is no way that I can compile that list, as I have neither the time nor the resources to do so.

Also, don't just speak for everyone, I doubt everyone agrees with you.
