So about making wrought iron, i think something like that should be added to wiki:
What you need:
Finery Forge - note that all 3 "pumps" need to be accessed easily and nothing cant block your way to them as you will be using them often)
Trip Hammer - should be near finery forge but not to close so you have free move option around finery forge
Iron Tongs - equip them BEFORE you start doing anything with finery forge (side note they use 4% of they max durability EACH bloom is taken out of finery forge so after 24 bars of wrought iron they need replacement)
Charcoal - Lots of charcoal and i mean lots, making 6 bars of wrought iron taken around 4 and a half if not 5 coal clamps to make
Step by step:
Take all pig metal you want to make into wrought iron, equip iron thongs, take all charcoal you can carry and make sure you are not overloaded too much (speed masters).
Fill Finery Forge and light it up, add 1 bar of pig metal to finery forge (note if you have someone who can help you add more but for hermits out there don't add more than 1 bar for start or you will end with dross), you will see 3 smoke pillars coming from vents , every so often one will stop smoking you then need to go to pump that is linked to that vent (left, right, middle) and use it, after that you should see 3 smokes again.
Do that occasionally filling Finery Forge witch charcoal until red bar of heat (i suppose its heat) is full after that progress bar of pig iron will start to quickly rise (in mean time guard fuel level) after some short time your bar become bloom swap it witch another bat and go to trip hammer.
Take your new blow to hand and right click on the Tripp Hammer, it starts to go. After that you will end with wrought iron.
Rise and repeat.
Some tips:
prepare charcoal in boxes near finery forge or you will fail (eventually make coal clamps near)
after bar progress about 30-40% to it bloom form you can add another bar - tested as hermit you can have 3 bars readying for hammering, key is add second bat after 40-50% progress bar of first bar and another after first bar change to bloom.
Sorry for wall of text and i know all of that was said one way or another but i fell that such specific instructions can save some time for the first time you are making wrought iron.
