has any one lost any thing dropping it in some thing

i just shift clicked a savage charm in to a barrel and it just vanished... it didn't go in to my back pack so not sure where else it might have gone... and i didn't see it on the ground.
was only me and my alt there... so no one jacked it.

Hm, I can't find a few things which I am sure should be in a certain container, because I remember putting them in there not so long ago, but I didn't pay attention, when I was replacing these items, so can't confirm.
