*There is now a chance when mining inside a mine that it will drop you to a lower level.*

Is that meaning the hole downstairs can be found randomly?
Or I dropped down one level randomly every mining time? :?: ()

Once a CaveDown is found, it will stay there forever.

I built a mine near my new place. digging around and stuff and I lit a fire to crack some walls, they've been burning for 15-20 minutes now. So I guess that might be a problem, I lit them with a pinecone, and I feel as if maybe that had something to do with it.

Pinecone has nothing to do with it. Fires do now take much longer to burn out. However, the vast majority of your mine doesn't need them. Are you sure you cannot just mine the walls regular?

Yeah they're not mineable. How long do fires take now?

Those look like iron to me. Try mining them again, it should work without firing.

**** yeah I can mine them. I wasn't aware everything didn't look like a crack in the rock anymore. Been awhile since I played, sorry to waste time.

Indeed it seems as though the purity nerfing is being a bit persistent for the time being. Will fix once I can identify the problem.
