If you use an encumbrance system, then why not make inventory like in Ultima Online? There are no slots, just space for items. Infinite space for items, limited only by the maximum weight.

i think that is basically the idea, but I dislike the inventory organisation of ultima online. I think we're getting a decent solution to the problem. Imo it still remains to be seen how feasible actually using a giant inventory is with regards of biles required and types of items.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Please make us a scrollbar for the inventory. You'll be a GOD.

Oh, have you seen that scrollbar for wardrobe? That's the most ***** **** I had ever seen in Salem GUI.
We need something better AND we need to wait, maybe we need no scrollbars at all.

I just said that you're trying to judge about a thing which isn't released yet. Who knows what we shall see there in the end?

I haven't actually built a wardrobe yet, I wasn't aware they had scrollbars. I'll see about building/looknig at one soon to see how bad it really is.
