there are some major issues with the wiki for some time now - it's not actually down but it will seem like it is at random times, more or less correlated to your geographical location.

Well the wiki is hosted from a special satalite the Chief launched into space, so depending on your location, solar flares, interference etc, there are times when you won't be able to access the wiki.

And, surprise, usual stone boulders work too. I think same goes for rubble, but my memory could be messed up in this case.
