What you are even talking about? Salem's everyday gameplay is unstreamable, why would anyone want to watch noobs group foraging for hours to get their first claim and smelter? The only way such thing would be entertaining is if there are 2 or more charismatic people constantly talking in the process. If I was introduced to HnH or Salem through streams of everyday routine of towns building, I would never fell for it. It's fun to play, but horribly boring to watch. When it comes to towns development from the start, I would prefer to watch something like this.

lol i was wondering the same, you got so many interesting streams, you just gotta pick the right ones

you got people streaming professional leagues / competition that are casted+co-casted that help millions of people to understand proplays in their native language
you can watch your friend's streams its so much fun
your friends can watch you
or you can watch random guys and discover a new video game through that
etc
etc

if it wasnt such a disadvantage i'd love to watch certain people's day like on salem very much
wouldnt be 'full' of action every second like in other type of video games but still

I find it exactly similar to watching sports on tv: sure it can be a good time-waster if you have absolutely nothing to do, but 99% of the time I would have much more fun actually doing it myself - even if I am not even close to the same level of the guys I could watch.
