Any idea why we have reservoir for 20k liters of water, if there are wells and rivers? Waiting for drought event?

so that you can spend 1 day filling that water tank and then dont have to run up and down to the river every 2 days. thats why.
also no need to kep 400 barrels somewhere with water.
instead this one tower does more and better and cheaper then 400 normal barrels.

but smart towns already have wells with unlimited water

have you ever tried to fill 20 barrels from a well?
youll trake as long as carting 200 barrels to the river

Besides old towns have their wells not where they would like to, because you couldn't see them with noob characters back in the days. Now I can just build this thing whenever I want to place all my pots and a kitchen.
