what symptom is most common?

MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH: When you get leech, you must first equip it to your chest slot. Then, it will become a blood filled leach. Two leeches cured me of nasty rat infection!

Hmmm... indeed this might be a problem if players are draining leaches thinking it is applying it to them. I will look into making it so you cannot drain an empty leech.

Sounds like a fever to me. Did you try the poster above and have a leech such out the excess blood causing your high temperatures?

A tooltip would do.
Just stared to count blood filled leeches... drained 1st yet.
