Are you sure the symptoms of different diseases come out in different amounts? When I was diseased I think I just had everything going in turn.

Yes if you record all symptoms and how often they occur it becomes clear that different diseases look different. Though there does seem to be a certain amount of randomness so you can get any symptom and sometimes it takes a bit of time for it to become clear what disease you are looking at.
