they have not been neutral for a long time, starting with when i had to chase sipo and aztec all the way from trinsic to providence when i logged in and caught them "foraging for granite" inside of my town claim, and when ikpeip/paymaster talked me out of killing both aztec and sipo's fighter (sir francis drake) months ago when i had an opening to do so on account of their political status with the tribe at the time.

with some of their recent recruits of late and the general "feel" of things i would not be surprised if they are the next group of drooly chinned tards bragging about zerging and smashing empty boxes.
