Got a disease? Don't know how to diagnose it? Post it here. Please include any symptoms you have, the order they showed up, what cured it, and any other information you can think of. I'll update this post as people add and confirm information.

Just a reminder of the 4 diseases and the cures:
Leeches now drain a player's Blood and have a chance to kill Maroon Fever each time they do.
Players may now make Willowbark Tonic to cure Big Pox.
Players may make Columbine Paste to cure Frontier Flux.
Players may now cure Land Legs with new Smelling Salts.

Also adding a couple of quotes to clarify and highlight from posts later in the thread:

The diseases never require a 'combination' of cures.

MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH: When you get leech, you must first equip it to your chest slot. Then, it will become a blood filled leach. Two leeches cured me of nasty rat infection!

I'm not sure if he has discovered this through self-experimentation or helping out others. If anyone disputes his findings, please follow up.

Mostly dizziness mixed with some coughing - cured by a lot of Salts
Mostly coughing with occasional dizziness also vomited rarely - cured by 0.4-3.0 liters of Tonic

I have spent a good deal of time observing Big Pox infections and its clear that the primary symptom is repetitive and at times near constant coughing fits. Sometimes it seems to take a large amount of tonic to cure. To make Willowbark Tonic peal the bark of a willow tree and boil one piece in a coper pot full of water. Fill a flask with the tonic and equip it in your hand. You will then be able to right click on it and drink it. Some times it will take many flasks full of tonic but it is easy to make so don't be worried about wasting it just guzzle it down until the cough goes away.

Peel bark from willow trees, put them in container with water on fire, After some time u will get soaked bark and fluid in container will become Willowbark tonic. Same as you make tanning fluid with Birchbark.

Cough, vomiting, sometimes stunning. Drank a bucket of Willowbark Tonic and sniff out 10 portions of salt. But not cured.

How do you get leaches?

I got major vomitting + some coughing. Cured it with paste. Note that it has some randomness in its effect (at least i think it is rantom). Took me 2 uses to cure my illness.
