Boil willow bark.
Though I don't know how you use it.

You put it on a flask and put the flask on your left hand and you can drink it

Also, I got cured :
I sniffed 1 Smelling Salts
that made me throw up
then I sniffed another Smelling Salts
and the disease disapeared

Though I drank a lot (tea, willowbark tonic, water) and i used the Columbine Paste and the leech, but that's what happened right before I got cured

Oh! Awesome! Can't wait for the revenge-seeking one-handed criminals, inflicting fear on sight, their disability being a kind of badge, proving how far they've gone with their characters. I can't wait for someone roleplaying it!

Oh...

John, are you sure the second change is a good choice? I think loss of the usefulness of one extra hand is already big enough of a 'punishment'. I believe there are better ways to scare people off of leaving scents, than making them risk their ability to fight. It's just so much against the sandboxy feeling of this game.

They should be able to use their off hand but only do 10% damage with it. Also why can't we cut off their other hand the second time they commit a crime?

You can fight just fine without weapons.
