Thank you. And some y/n Q about the mines:
1) I found a place with 1 iron and 1 copper node close together. After the mining patch, will the old nodes, with no mine entrance, be deleted?
2) I understood mines will be connected (please correct me if I'm wrong). Will there be an underground system to link all the mines, both iron and copper, or there will be separate maps per mineral (in case you will add new ones)?

Will rangers/criminals leave scents of assault and battery while fighting in the area of TrialByCombat?

Battery doesn't leave assault or battery evidence now.

Scents will drop, but not summonable evidence.

Nothing stops players from placing a TbC against each other. But I'm not sure how you are going to summon people without a summon-able evidence. Battery is not summon-able.
