I wouldn't believe it, at least some form of compensation had to be given. Why would a porn star of all people do this sort of awkward advertisement for any video game, let alone one that is barely known. The dialogue is worse than in an actual porno and I cannot fathom how someone thought this was a good idea.

Who exactly does this advertisement attract? Horny 16 year olds searching youtube for tits? It would pique their interest for about 5 minutes until they actually come to the website and find out there's no tits involved and it's just some random indie permadeath game. Other than the useless stuff about MM Tribe and a few of the terrible lines like, "check out these inspirationals" it gives literally zero information about the game itself.
