Crime/punishment/pvp idea

So in the vent channel (I seriously say you join it's grand fun viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11316)

Marp was talking about how they're planning a big change to pvp stuff, and I had an idea I felt like posting that could go along with it.

Story of Cain & able is now made a top skill requiring around 200 C&D ( (okay that's super high, but anyway I think revenge should take less skill then murder)or some other way of making it so only the most determined of criminals/pvp'ers get it) anyway general murder should be harder to get/do.

New skill: execution "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" has the current requirements (or around them) for C&A. Allows you to murder those that you summon or have evidence for if they're ko'd. Maybe requires a new craft able called Warrant that is made out of evidence.

Why I think this would be a good idea:

I think murder should be less common, yet still be an option for those you REALLY want to go away. But the average person should still be able to do justice against those that commit crimes.

I wish devs will not bring that PK/AntiPK mechanic to the game. The idea of killing for justice doesn't make murder a softer crime, especially for the one who is killed. You should always have a right to judge the judges.

There will most likely be Revenge and Murder.

Revenge will be the death of somebody to whom you have their scent.

Murder will be the death of somebody to whom you do not.

What's the planned difference between the two? I'm guessing it's revenge doesn't leave a scent?

If that's the case I do suggest you have them be separate skills, and regardless of their cost I say make revenge cheaper.

I like this idea overall, a deterrent for people to spam murder alts is nice idea and I think this would make a good addition to the already built system.
