We will give you something nice for Halloween. But separating out the patch in terms of 'real content' is difficult.

The inheritance system should not return a fixed % of profs and humours. This is Salem it should be a diminishing returns system at low levels it should feel like a good boost, maybe 25% if you still have your scalp, but at very high levels a death should feel like a huge loss maybe 10% or less returned. A scalped character should also get very little maybe a quarter of what an unscalped character would get.

But now is only the beginning of the month, and the output of the update should take place about 4 or 6 November

All those speculating about the inheritance system and worrying that it will give some sort of excessive advantage to raiders should remember that the entire raiding mechanic is going to change soon.

For inheritance, i think one should only receive half as much full&fed up time. Until one of the humors has reached it's previous value.

I think the bigger potential problem is that it will remove the sting of perma-death. It does not matter what the raiding system is, deaths should hurt like hell.

This is JC we are talking about, I dont think he is about to make the game easy for us. Have a little faith, they have not let us down yet.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

If you lose a combat alt - its heir should not inherit skills that make it easy to relearn cloak and dagger.

Do we know when this is going to hit yet? Will we get a bit of heads up so I can shift around my inventory?
