Turkey feed

Postby GrimF4ilure » Thu Oct 16, 2014 11:04 am

It would be nice to see a turkey feed recipe made from something like oats and seeds which provides more of an increase than seeds. It would be nice just to have something we can store and feed easily.

I agree - but I think it should be grubs, beetles, and maybe some recipe that includes them. No reason grubs shouldnt feed a turkey as much as worms do.

Turkey Meal:
100 Seeds
5 Grubs
5 Worms
2 Caterpillars
2 Any Plant

Needs grindstone. Creates a bag of Turkey Meal that when used completely fills a turkey coop.

As alternately alarming (Come on, those bastards eat EVERYTHING, even birds you take out of the coop, wring their necks, and throw right back into the coop) and amusing they are currently, a dedicated, more efficient food might have it's uses.

Nice recipe though I think 'Any Insect' might be better then specific ones, also I'd make it something that like flour is bag-able and highly divisible, then I can click the bag on the coop to use little increments and not waste any as would happen if it was a single usage item.

P.S. Call it Poultry Meal, I want Ducks and Chickens someday so I can make Turducken ;)

Maybe one day we can make something similar to a rôti sans pareil, a bustard stuffed with a turkey, a goose(golden of course), a pheasant, a chicken, a duck, a guinea fowl, a teal, a woodcock, a partridge, a plover, a lapwing, a quail, a thrush, a lark, an ortolan bunting and a garden warbler.

Should be annoying to make so only large faction can make them and sell them back to you low-level pilgrims.
You thought I quit.
