I paid the rent at the beginning of the week because that what we do where i live. I was expecting to pay the full 200s on my first week, but on the second week not really. The 61s is what i paid yesterday for my second week rent.

What happens if you don't pay the rent? Do you get some warning that rent is due Vs rent has not been paid?

Sounds to me like you paid 61 silver after you had sold approx 420 silver worth of goods for that week. If you 'do not' pay your rent then it should subtract against what is currently 'owed'. If you do not pay your rent for the entire week, then it will subtract the 'balance' from your stall coffers. If you do not pay your rent for the entire week, AND have no money in the coffers, AND did not sell 600 silver worth of stuff. You will lose the stall.

Buyers use stalls because it's fast, convenient and secure.
Sellers use stalls because it's fast, convenient and secure.
The benefits of stalls come with a price.

The scheme seems pretty logical to me, nothing to argue about.
And the prices will most likely adjust once the competition is over,
it's silly to assume, that people own stalls to lose money.

How many stalls made less than 200s (after the tax)?
How many stalls generated less than 200s tax?

The slightly larger price for convenience and trading security, not forgetting trading anonymousity, is fair for all parties.

7 Stalls Made less than 200s After Tax

8 Stalls generated less than the 200s weekly Tax burden.

It seems more out of laziness.
