Hi, what I do for variables is make an xlsx sheet for each category, an example is the following pic of the berries category. ( this picture is not complete or accurate, its in progress )
but the general idea is this:
You only have to fill the base values of each recipe ( columns C, D ) then write each variable for the group and their multipliers ( N6 - U6 here )
the "any something" recipes allways have a multiplier of 2 ( columns F to M ) you can also write down there foods that are not variable or give only one value like blackberries.
so now you just multiply columns and rows in the board F8 to Ux and you get the bonus for each recipe, for example you see in the picture that if you make berry jam with huckleberries you get a YB bonus of 2,6 and the others get nothing ( multiplier = 1 = base value ) so you know your food will have B: 20-22,5 Ph: 20-22,5 YB: 52-58,5 BB:20-22,5

I don't know how you can make this to the wiki but i think its good for calculating at a glance
