Not as such, this mechanic will probably need some balancing, but the way you make your arguments is completely off-putting, not to mention that we are not going to remove the stalls, and that is final. You might try testing the stalls, making a hypothesis of what exactly should be changed and framing a reasonable argument for the change you desire.
