I mean, everything you need to win - is 87k of silver (or less) to spare.

That's why stalls sucks, they arent here to get profits, but to idiots have fun losing monys. They ruin the economy and the idiots who own stalls will lose money either, its a lose/lose but like i said, ITS FUN LOSING MONY.

yet the dev doesnt care right? implement broken stall system with rediculous taxes and blame the players.

lets have a look at this.
-Assuming we are all trying to win the prize by selling 250k, no one here would be dumb enough to buy their own stuff when this competition is designed to be completed over a long period of time say a few months not a few weeks.
-Assuming tax is a bad thing, the tax is the cost of doing trade. I can be offline or doing something else not watching forums for pms every 5 mins or waiting for a pm just to make 10s.
-Whinging coz they couldn't afford one.
-People not understanding how to include tax into their prices especially when selling leather (selling for 15s when you can vendor for 12s and your profit is 9.75s is just really really dumb).
-People can buy a whole range of items that normally would take ages going through forums to see if anyone has it and then trying to contact them is no longer an issue.

As far as im concerned the stalls helped the player base and economy immensely, sure the newbs will struggle to sell stuff, but when selling cheap they can still yell it in the town center.

His Majesty has raised the tax on YOUR stall alone to 50%. In can be lowered to the very gracious and generous 35% again Pending your apology.

Like i said, idiots who like to lose mony and ruin the economy, try looking for the other dumb people who love to lose money even more and sell red cabbages for 5s, they will get 2 silver per cabbage? About 10% of the stall owners will really get any profit, but it don't matters, they can pay the waste with bots grinding charms, so fuun losing mony $$$$$$$.

And no, it dont helped the newbs, thanks to the money desvalorization, everything now is hard to sell, easy to buy, hard to get money. I mean, money in the fun mode, not grinding charms or spend the whole day killing beavers, mostly newbs can't do it or will get bored or stop playing. In the end, everyone get f* hard and deep in the ass.

I feel like you're raging against a system you don't understand and haven't given a chance yet. Those who sell cabbage for 5 silver are getting about 3.5 silver each, so it's not quite so bad a deal for them as you are making out. Additionally, all the taxes they pay at first go towards the 200 silver weekly rent.

JohnCarver wrote:Stall's weekly upkeep will be offset by the amount of silver that has been taxed. For example, if you owe 200 Silver in upkeep, and 50 Silver has been taken in taxes, you only owe 150 Silver for that week.

Therefore, if they sell about 600 silver worth of goods in a week, they not only get 400 silver pocket money, that stall is free for that week. There's no grinding savage charms or whatever to pay for the stall. And if they find they DO have to do that, well, that means they are selling less than 200 silver worth of goods in an entire week and it might be time to consider dropping that stall.

As for the pricing in stalls, well, if those stall owners think it's worth their time to charge such low prices for things like iron and leather, that's up to them. In the long run, they'll find their profits are so low that they have to raise their prices. Give this mechanic which is only a week old a little time for people to get used to it. Prices will rise and stabilize.

Your pathetic ranting on the subject isn't going to earn you anything but a Frakked Cap.

As for the competition, anyone who tries to win it by buying their own stuff will realize pretty quickly that it simply isn't worth it. We also can tell that that isn't happening, all this alarm over the possibility that it might happen is for nothing.
